The Opportunity:
Our Asset Management team has an opportunity for a Lease Administrator to join us commencing on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the National Property Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the leasing documentation process, playing a critical role in ensuring integrity for all lease information while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure obligations are met.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities include:
- Lease administration including inputting executed lease documents, ensuring accurate set up and generation of reports
- Update of systems including lease renewals, variations and lease assignments; updating of insurances and bank guarantees
- Establish critical date reminders for lease terms, maintain and monitor lease and occupancy charges
- Conduct regular audits to ensure system integrity and verify recorded information
- Support property managers with annual budgets and outgoing reconciliations
- Maintain customer information in SAP and C4C
- Reporting including analysing master data, existing and new lease data and monitoring data accuracy to ensure reliability and consistency
- Develop, implement and manage internal systems and process, identify opportunities for process improvement
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Property or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in corporate real estate with experience in property and lease administration
- Proficient with MS Office Suites, knowledge of SAP highly regarded but not essential
- Financial aptitude with strong analytical skills; high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A positive attitude with a commitment to fostering a cohesive and inclusive team culture
