The Opportunity
Reporting to the Portfiolio Manager, this role is responsible for the complete property management of industrial assets within the Frasers Property Industrial (FPI) portfolio. A critical objective of this position is the delivery of exceptional customer service, outstanding site presentation, and a sharp focus on maximising the investment performance of your assigned assets. You will serve as a key point of contact for our customers and work collaboratively across our business to ensure operational and financial excellence.
What you’ll do

Financial Management: Prepare detailed annual income and expenditure budgets, manage arrears, review the monthly rent roll, approve invoices for payment, and closely scrutinise all expenditure to optimise building performance.

Asset & Tenant Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, landlords, and internal teams. You will assist with rent reviews and lease renewals, manage the make good process, and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new customers.

Operations & Reporting: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of property presentation, coordinate maintenance with Operations Managers, and prepare comprehensive monthly reports covering financial data, tenant matters, and building performance.

Lease Administration: Ensure all lease documentation is fully executed and accurately recorded in our property management systems in accordance with relevant legislation.

People Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment by training and mentoring junior staff, leading by example, and actively promoting FPI’s values and culture.
What you’ll bring
- A minimum of 5+ years of property management experience, preferably with a focus on industrial property.
- Eligibility to work as an Agent’s Representative in the relevant state (QLD)
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded.
- Customer-first mindset and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen and excellent written, verbal, and numerical reporting skills.
- A reliable and dedicated self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership of the role; experience managing a team is highly regarded.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; competence with SAP or similar accounting software is advantageous.
