The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join Frasers Property Industrial’s global Marketing & Communications team, delivering visually compelling, brand-aligned communications across Australia and Europe.
You will collaborate closely with teams across the business, support internal and external communications, and leverage both traditional design tools and emerging technologies like AI and Canva to elevate our storytelling and brand experience.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality visual communications and managing brand application across Frasers Property Industrial’s global operations. As the Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in upholding and evolving our brand identity, ensuring companywide compliance with our corporate brand strategy and visual standards. You will work closely with internal teams across Australia and Europe, using your design expertise to bring our brand to life through a wide range of channels and tools.
What You’ll Do
Brand Management
- Serve as a brand champion for Frasers Property Industrial, ensuring consistent application of brand strategy and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Provide brand guidance to regional marketing teams, external creative partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support teams across the business including Executive Leadership, Property, People & Culture, and Sustainability with design, presentations, and brand compliance as needed.
- Maintain, update, and distribute brand assets such as visual identity toolkits, Canva and PowerPoint templates, and brand guidelines via internal systems.
Graphic Design & Creative Production
- Design and produce a broad range of corporate and marketing materials, including:
- Presentations, pitch decks and board reports
- Digital marketing assets and eDMs
- Internal campaign materials and branded documentation
- Approval site and building signage
- Promotional items and event collateral
- Basic video editing techniques
- Manage end-to-end production of print, digital and video assets in collaboration with external suppliers.
- Support internal content creation with ad hoc photography or videography or manage external providers when required.
Internal Communications
- Lead the design and visual delivery of internal communications in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Create visually engaging, brand-aligned content to support leadership messaging and employee campaigns.
- Provide creative oversight or guidance on work produced by junior team members or third-party designers.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva (including brand kit setup and template sharing)
- Familiarity with or openness to using AI-assisted design platforms
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, and design judgment
- Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
- Collaborative team player and trusted creative advisor
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across regions
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate, agency, or property design role
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand aligned design across digital and print
