  • Support property operations: Assist with outgoings wash-ups, coordinate regular building inspections to ensure the highest level of care, and assist with onboarding new customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Oversee financial administration: Review customer rent rolls, process purchase orders and invoices, manage arrears, and coordinate maintenance requests with Facilities Managers.
  • Champion safety: Promote safe work practices, contribute to risk mitigation, and comply with all workplace health and safety policies.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum of 1 years’ property management experience, preferably with a focus on industrial property management.
  • Eligibility to work as an Agent’s Representative in Queensland.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to complete a required police check.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passionate, ‘can do’ approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong administrative accuracy, high attention to detail, and excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic financial literacy, including experience with budgets, arrears, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Working knowledge of computer software, particularly MRI, Vision, or other accounting-related software, alongside MS Office Suites.

Why join Frasers Property Industrial?

  • Join a highly regarded and collaborative team where you can make a tangible impact.
  • Become part of a high-performance culture that values growth and provides career development opportunities.
  • An additional purchased leave program.
  • Discounts at Frasers including 50% off hospitality and a discount on residential property purchases.
  • Multiple health & wellbeing benefits.
  • A generous parental leave policy.

If you are ready to take the next step in your career and join a company where your contribution plays a vital role in our success, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button…
